Dr Torbati always listens to my needs is patient and I never feel rushed during my appointment. He gives me different options of treatment when applicable and as specialises in skin problems has been excellent as recently suffered from skin cancer. The receptionists couldn't be more helpful and I have had no problem in getting an appointment, even at short notice. The nurses that are based there are also excellent.

Dr Torbati is a excellent doctor. He specialises in skin issues which is invaluable to me as I have had skin cancer in the past . I never feel hurried during my appointment and he is a good listener and always explains different options of treatment clearly.

Was difficult to get the appointment when I finally did I advised the doctor I had a few issues I needed to discuss this annoyed the Dr who advised I should rebook for a longer appointment. When advised I can't he said I have 10 mins starting from about 3 minutes ago and then I would have to leave . Doctor also contradicted every doctor I had before him and advised me that some of the medical health places I had been to before were "not very good" which to me seems unprofessional. He refused to refer me to hospital even though several previous doctors said I needed to go, eventually he did not before telling me that if my problem hasn't gotten worse over the last 2 years even I have been in discomfort "he wasn't that bothered" .One of my problems was that I have a large lump behind my ear which I was given no explanation to what it was and was just told if it gets bigger make another appointment (I got more information googling) . Flat out refused to help in other areas until I had to speak up and I am a shy person . All and all the worst doctor I have ever seen and will be changing surgeries after my referral is complete. A rather upsetting and distressing experience.

He listened to my medical issues, and acted promptly despite me being extremely reluctant to go to hospital. He put my health and well being first and made me see sense. He is very approachable, and very professional. I'm very pleased he is my GP!

Before saying that you are an extraordinary doctor, I want to tell you that you are an extraordinary human being. More than a good doctor, I value the fact that you were a good listener. More than being just professionals, I value the fact that your staff’s caring attitude is exceptional. Cancer as a disease is ruthless, merciless, frustrating and very tough. But good GP like you makes this illness a little less rough. Thanks for your care
